Tagine Spice

A fantastically fruity spiced fusion of deliciousness. The perfect tagine blend, not just limited to the tagine! Try this on any meats, veg or grains. Haven't got a tagine to cook with? Simply use your slow cooker! You can use this blend to season cous cous, meats, marinade Tofu or add to mango pulp for a great dip.

Ingredients: Paprika, Kibbled Onion, Figs, Mixed Vine Fruit, Sweet Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Raisins, Ginger, Garlic, Dates, Apricots, Chilli Powder, Pepper, Cardamom and Allspice.

Vegetarian & Vegan friendly.
