Strawberry Jam with Black Pepper and Tarragon

I made this jam challenged by my friend Rachael, who picked the fresh organic tarragon from her garden. Tarragon is called the king of herbs by french chefs. I love challenges, specially if they are as delicious, surprising and amazingly good as this one is.

Very limited edition made with wild British strawberries, fresh organic tarragon and a hint of black pepper.

The sweetness of strawberries, tarragon aroma and heat of pepper create a perfectly balanced preserve to enjoy with cheese, crackers or straight from the pot.

Ingredients: wild British strawberries (60%), tarragon (10%), black pepper (5%), sugar (25%)
